At Shurwaat, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for an order/service that you have purchased through our Platform.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our restaurant partners.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

  • The orders have been communicated to our restaurant partners/merchants listed on the Platform
  • They have initiated the process of preparing your order
  • Your order is already out for delivery

In such cases where cancellation is not possible, you may choose to reject the order at the doorstep when it arrives.

Refund Policy

In case of receipt of damaged or incorrect order, please report to our customer service team immediately. The request will be processed once the restaurant/merchant listed on the Platform has checked and determined the issue at their end.

Important: Damaged or incorrect order issues should be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Please do not consume food that appears damaged or incorrect.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 hour of delivery. Our customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Refund Processing Time

For any refunds approved by Shurwaat, it will take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Day 1: Refund request approved
Days 2-3: Processing by our team
Days 4-7: Transfer to your bank/payment provider
After Day 7: Reflection in your account (varies by bank)

Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns of food items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, in exceptional cases where:

  • The food item is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong food item was delivered
  • The food quality is not up to standard

Please contact our customer service immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
